The welcome event starts at about 8pm on Sunday 5th April. We recommend arriving before 6pm to get checked in and set up with rentals before the event starts. Weekenders, you can check in any time from 3pm on Thursday 9th April. The event finishes the following Sunday morning (12th April) and you need to leave the apartment by 10am. Transfers will leave from 5am so you can take an early flight if needed.
