The Crew Finder gives you the opportunity to talk to the booker of the yacht. We recommend getting to know them a bit and then deciding if this is the right crew for you. Once you are happy, ask them to make you a crew member of their yacht by inviting you to the crew list through their booking. This way you can log into the booking yourself, see all the details and then make any payments directly to TYW.
If the yacht is already fully paid for, you will have to make payment directly to the booker.
